The State Silk Museum, in collaboration with Propaganda Network and Ezo, and with the financial support of CEC ArtsLink, created a supportive project for Ukrainians suffering during the war and temporarily living in Georgia. The Create & Connect project saw museum staff members and other Georgian artists give presentations and lead workshops involving media such as ceramics, painting, weaving, silkscreen printing, crafts, music. The one-month program in the shared space provided a creative atmosphere to ease the traumatic experiences of the war. In the final stage of the project, a charity exhibition and flea market were organized to showcase the participants’ works. Around 20 Ukrainian citizens were involved in the project.
