“Woven Architecture” was a site-specific weaving at three locations within the State Silk Museum. The weaving was made of ribbon and incorporated the architecture of the site. By using ribbon, the weaving process was possible without a loom, with architecture serving as the structure holding the fabric. Depending on the viewer's angle of observation and the conditions such as the time of day and type of lighting, the weaving appeared to change colour and tone, creating a dynamic viewing experience.
